Our team assesses the referral against available homes. We may ask for more information.
If there is a potential match, we get in touch about viewing or further checks.
Only the essentials so we can understand the individual’s needs quickly.
The individual’s full name, age (18+), gender, email and phone number.
The applicant must have Universal Credit (UC) plus at least one other benefit from the list.
Their current housing situation, whether they want a studio / 1-bed flat or a house share, and a preferred move-in date if accepted.
Referrals include personal data about one person. We use it only to assess housing suitability and to communicate about the referral.
